A capacitor layer forming material which can reduce the leak current of a capacitor circuit provided with a dielectric layer formed by either one of a sol-gel method, a MOCVD method and a sputtering vapor deposition method. The capacitor layer forming material comprises a first conductive layer used for upper electrode forming, a second conductive layer used for lower electrode forming, and a dielectric layer formed between the two layers, characterized in that the dielectric layer is an oxide dielectric film formed by either one of a sol-gel method, a MOCVD method and a sputtering vapor deposition method, and a resin component is impregnated between particles constituting the oxide dielectric film. A method of producing the capacitor layer forming material characterized by comprising the steps of forming an oxide dielectric film on the surface of the constituting material of a lower electrode by either one of a sol-gel method, a MOCVD method and a sputtering vapor deposition method, impregnating resin varnish on the surface of the oxide dielectric film, resin- drying and resin-hardening the resultant product to form a dielectric layer, and then providing an upper electrode constituting layer on the dielectric layer.
L~invention concerne un matériau de formation de couche de condensateur capable de réduire le courant de fuite d~un circuit à condensateur doté d~une couche diélectrique obtenue par un procédé sol-gel, un procédé de dépôt organométallique par évaporation ou un procédé de pulvérisation par dépôt en phase vapeur. Le matériau de formation de couche de condensateur comporte une première couche de condensateur servant à former une électrode supérieure, une seconde couche de condensateur servant à former une électrode inférieure, et une couche diélectrique formée entre les deux couches. Le matériau se caractérise en ce que la couche diélectrique est un film diélectrique d~oxyde obtenu par un procédé sol-gel, un procédé de dépôt organométallique par évaporation ou un procédé de pulvérisation par dépôt en phase vapeur et en ce qu~un composant résine est imprégné entre les particules composant le film diélectrique d~oxyde. L~invention se rapporte également à un procédé de production du matériau de formation de couche de condensateur caractérisé en ce qu~il comprend les étapes suivantes : la formation d~un film diélectrique d~oxyde sur la surface du matériau constitutif d~une électrode inférieure en appliquant un procédé sol-gel, un procédé de dépôt organométallique par évaporation ou un procédé de pulvérisation par dépôt en phase vapeur ; l~imprégnation d~un vernis à base de résine sur la surface du film diélectrique d~oxyde ; le séchage et le durcissement à la résine du produit obtenu afin de former une couche diélectrique ; puis le dépôt d~une couche constitutive de l~électrode supérieure sur la couche diélectrique.
