In a capsule endoscope (10), light emitting bodies (12a) in an illuminating unit (12) are disposed so that they are tilted outward from a central axis C of the capsule endoscope (10) and are tilted from a front side towards a back side, so that an optical axis of light L emitted from the light emitting bodies (12a) is shifted outward, and a brightness of illuminating light in an illuminating range of an observation central portion where light from a plurality of illuminating units (12) gather is substantially the same as a brightness of illuminating light in a surrounding portion excluding the central portion.
L'invention concerne un endoscope à capsule (10) comportant un corps d'éclairage (12a) servant d'élément d'éclairage (12) incliné du côté avant vers le côté arrière, vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'axe central (C) de l'endoscope à capsule (10). L'axe central de la lumière d'éclairage (L) émise par le corps d'éclairage (12a) est décalé vers l'extérieur. Par conséquent, la luminosité de la lumière d'éclairage dans une zone d'éclairage située dans la partie centrale d'observation, dans laquelle sont collectés les rayons lumineux de plusieurs éléments d'éclairage (12), est essentiellement identique à la luminosité dans une zone périphérique ne contenant pas la partie centrale d'observation.
