Method for producing a capsule (1) containing beverage ingredients designed for insertion in a beverage production device in which a liquid under pressure enters the capsule in order to interact with the ingredients in the capsule and to drain a beverage from the capsule, wherein the capsule comprises a body (4) with a sealing member attached thereto. The method comprises providing a body (4) with a main cavity, injecting at least one sealing material by injection-moulding onto at least a portion of the external surface of the body (4) to mould a sealing member (8) sealingly attached to the body, filling the cavity with food ingredients and imperviously closing the cavity with a membrane (5) to provide a closed capsule containing the food ingredients.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une capsule (1) contenant des ingrédients de boisson conçue pour l'insertion dans un dispositif de production de boisson dans lequel un liquide sous pression pénètre dans la capsule afin d'interagir avec les ingrédients dans la capsule et pour écouler une boisson à partir de la capsule, ladite capsule comprenant un corps (4) avec un élément de scellement fixé sur celle-ci. Le procédé consiste à prévoir un corps (4) avec une cavité principale, injecter au moins un matériau de scellement par moulage par injection sur une partie au moins de la surface externe du corps (4) afin de mouler un élément de scellement (8) fixé de manière hermétique sur le corps, remplir la cavité avec des ingrédients alimentaires et refermer de manière étanche la cavité avec une membrane (5) afin de mettre à disposition une capsule fermée contenant les ingrédients alimentaires.
