Capsule for the preparation of a nutritional product in a device adapted to supply liquid into the capsule, said capsule (1A, 1B) comprising: at least one compartment (13) containing nutritional ingredients (14) for the preparation of the nutritional product in combination with the supplied liquid, a filter (18, 20) adapted for removing contaminants contained in the liquid, wherein it comprises a selectively openable gas inlet (34) which is placed on or in the capsule to allow gas introduction from outside the capsule (1A, 1B) into the compartment (13) without passing through the filter (20).
La présente invention concerne une capsule permettant la confection d'un produit nutritionnel dans un dispositif conçu pour débiter du liquide dans la capsule. Cette capsule (1A, 1B) comprend au moins, d'une part un compartiment (13) contenant des ingrédients nutritionnels (14) destinés à l'élaboration du produit nutritionnel se combinant au liquide débité, et d'autre part un filtre (18, 20) conçu pour éliminer des contaminants contenus dans le liquide. Ce filtre comporte un orifice d'entrée de gaz à ouverture sélective (34) qui se place sur ou dans la capsule de façon à permettre l'introduction de gaz depuis l'extérieur de la capsule (1A, 1B) jusqu'à l'intérieur du compartiment (13) dans traverser le filtre (20).
