The present invention has its application in the field of devices and methods for the product physical and chemical mixing and refers particularly to a cartridge for sterile mixing of a two-phase compound. The cartridge consists of a first tubular body (2) defining a first collection chamber (3) for a solid phase, a second tubular body (4) defining a second collection chamber (5) for a liquid phase, means for transferring (6) the liquid phase from the second (5) to the first chamber (3), means for mixing (7) the phases. The means for mixing (7) comprise agitator means (8) acting on the mixture inside the first chamber (3) with the first tubular body (2) in substantially stationary conditions, so as to favour the dispersion of the solid phase inside the liquid phase thus obtaining a compound with uniform physical and mechanical properties.
La présente invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés pour le mélange physique et chimique de produits et concerne en particulier une cartouche pour le mélange stérile d'un composé à deux phases. La cartouche comprend un premier corps tubulaire (2) définissant une première chambre de récupération (3) pour une phase solide, un second corps tubulaire (4) définissant une seconde chambre de récupération (5) pour une phase liquide, des moyens de transfert (6) de la phase liquide depuis la seconde chambre (5) vers la première chambre (3), des moyens pour mélanger (7) les phases. Les moyens pour mélanger (7) comprennent des moyens d'agitateur (8) agissant sur le mélange à l'intérieur de la première chambre (3), le premier corps tubulaire (2) étant dans des conditions sensiblement stables, de manière à favoriser la répartition de la phase solide dans la phase liquide et d'obtenir ainsi un composé ayant des propriétés physiques et mécaniques uniformes.
