The present invention relates to a cell culture substrate in which a polymer chain having a hydrophilic skeleton is grafted onto a surface of polystyrene or poly(e-caprolactone) having a water contact angle of from 75° to 100°. This cell culture substrate has excellent efficiency of cell culture without the necessity of immobilization and adsorption of a cell adhesion substance on a surface of a substrate.
La présente invention porte sur un substrat de culture cellulaire dans lequel une chaîne polymère ayant un squelette hydrophile est greffée sur une surface de polystyrène ou de poly(.epsilon.-caprolactone) ayant un angle de contact avec l'eau de 75° à 100°. Ce substrat de culture cellulaire présente un excellent rendement de culture cellulaire sans nécessiter l'immobilisation et l'adsorption d'une substance d'adhésion cellulaire sur une surface d'un substrat.
