The invention relates to the use of a cell, which is charged with a micro- organism that contains foreign DNA, in particular a bacterial micro-organism, to produce a pharmaceutical composition. Preferably, the foreign DNA codes for a defined active agent and the pharmaceutical composition is designed for use in the prophylaxis or treatment of a disease that can be treated with said active agent.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une cellule, qui est chargée avec un micro-organisme contenant un ADN étranger, en particulier un micro-organisme bactérien, pour la production d'une composition pharmaceutique. Ledit ADN étranger, de préférence, code un principe actif défini et ladite composition pharmaceutique est destinée à la prophylaxie ou au traitement d'une maladie pouvant être traitée à l'aide dudit principe actif.
