A novel composition is provided which is predicable by an Actinomycete. The cellulase has an approximate calculated molecular weight of 36 kD and has a pH optimum at 40 ~C of 8 and 60 ~C of 7. Also provided is a DNA encoding said cellulase, a method for producing the cellulase and applications thereof.
Nouvelle composition de cellulase produite par un Actinomycète. Ladite cellulase possède un poids moléculaire calculé approximatif de 36 kD et un pH optimum de 8 à 40 ·C et de 7 à 60 ·C. La présente invention concerne également un ADN codant ladite cellulase, un procédé de production de cette cellulase et les applications relatives à cette dernière.
