ABSTRACT.- CHAIRLIFT OR GONDOLALIFT WITH DIRECT POWER TAKE-OFF. In the station of a detachable chairlift or gondolalift the chairs are driven on a transfer rail by a chain or a belt which passes on a wheel (21) rigidly and axially coupled with the return pulley (11). The chairs run at a constant speed in syn- chronism with the cable.
