A method of charging at a mobile switching centre, MSC (5) of a mobile telecommunications network (2) in respect of a call initiated by a mobile terminal (1;1 registered with the network (2) and germinating outside of the network. At the MSC (5) the call is classified, according to the associated A-number and/or the B- number, as corresponding either to a call for which the MSC (5) is to be the charge determination point or to a call for which the charge determination point is located outside of the mobile telecommunications network (2). In the event that the call belongs to the latter class, the MSC (5) receives tariff information from the external charge determination point (7, 9) and calculates charge information on the basis of the received tariff information. In the event that the call belongs to the former class, the MSC (5) disregards any tariff information received from an external charge determination point and calculates charge information on the basis of the mobile telecommunications network's own tariff information.
L'invention porte sur le procédé de facturation d'un centre mobile de commutation MSC (5) d'un réseau (2) mobile de télécommunications pour un appel émanant d'un terminal (1) mobile, enregistrée dans le réseau (2), et aboutissant hors du réseau. Au niveau du MSC (5) l'appel est classé en N DEG associé A et/ou en N DEG B, selon que le point de détermination de la taxe est le MSC (5) ou un point situé hors du réseau mobile de télécommunications (2). Dans le deuxième cas, le MSC (5) reçoit des informations de taxation du point extérieur (7, 9) de détermination de la taxe et calcule la taxe en fonction. Dans le premier cas, le MSC (5) ne prend pas en considération les informations de taxation provenant de tout point extérieur (7, 9) de détermination de la taxe, et calcule la taxe en fonction des informations de taxation propres au réseau mobile de télécommunications.
