Abstract of the Disclosure A cigarette paper tube filling device is described to enable a preformed tobacco rod inherently unsmokeable but formed wholly of smokeable material to be assembled with a preformed cigarette paper tube to provide a cigarette. The device comprises a unitary body and two coaxial tapering bores, one extending from one end for substantially the length of the body for receiving the tube and the other extending from the other end to a shoulder at the join of the two bores against which the open end of the wrapper can abut while the preformed tobacco rod is inserted into the tube.
