A clamp assembly for connecting the end of a first pipe to the end of an axially aligned second pipe, the clamp assembly comprising: a first semi-circular clamp arm having a first end portion and a second end portion; a second semi-circular clamp arm having a first end portion and a second end portion, said first end portion of said second clamp arm pivotably attached to said first end portion of said first clamp arm; a lever pivotably attached to said second portion of said first clamp arm; a latch having a first end portion and a second end portion, said first end portion of said latch pivotably attached said second end portion of said second clamp arm, said second end portion of said latch attached to said lever upon said clamp assembly in a closed position; and wherein the distance between the attachment of said latch to said second clamp arm to the attachment of said latch to said lever is adjustable in the attachment of said latch to said second clamp arm. A hopper tee mounting assembly adapted to retain a valve member situated between a circular flange and a hopper tee, the hopper tee mounting assembly comprising: an upper mounting assembly separate from said circular flange, said upper mounting assembly having a flat surface adapted for abutment with said circular flange and comprising two symmetrically opposite flange plates, each flange plate having a surface adapted to abut said flange; and a hinge assembly attached to said upper mounting assembly, said hinge assembly allows said hopper tee to pivot relative to said upper mounting assembly.
