A clamp device and a clamp method for a heat-treated article enabling heat- treatment operation by suppressing the deformation of the non-heat treated area of the article in a waveform, wherein a quenching area which is a heat treated area longitudinally extendedly formed in a part of a raised part (11) and a non-quenching area which is a non-heat treated area longitudinally extendedly formed in the other portions of the raised part (11) and flange parts (13) are disposed in the slender heat-treated article (10) in which the longitudinally extending raised part (11) is formed are arranged parallel with each other in the lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The flange parts (13) are clamped by a first clamp means (22) and second clamp means (23) disposed in the longitudinal direction. The first clamp means (22) is a tight clamp means fixedly holding the flange parts (13), and the plurality of second clamp means (23) are loose clamp means loosely clamping the flange parts (13) by allowing the heat-treated article (10) to be curvedly deformed such that the heated quenching area is positioned on the projected side.
La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de serrage et à un procédé de serrage pour article sous traitement thermique permettant une opération de traitement thermique en éliminant la déformation de la zone de l'article qui n'est pas sous traitement thermique en une forme d'onde, dans lequel la zone de refroidissement rapide qui est une zone sous traitement thermique s'étend longitudinalement formée dans une partie de portion en relief (11) et une zone de non refroidissement rapide s'étendant longitudinalement formée dans les autres parties de la portion en relief (11) et de portions de bride (13) sont disposées dans l'article mince sous traitement thermique (10) dans lequel la portion en relief s'étendant longitudinalement (11) est formée sont disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre dans la direction latérale perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale. Les portions de bride (13) sont serrées par un premier moyen de serrage (22) et un deuxième moyen de serrage (23) disposés dans la direction longitudinale. Le premier moyen de serrage (22) est un moyen de serrage ajusté retenant de manière fixe les portions de bride (13) et la pluralité de deuxième moyen de serrage (23) sont des moyens de serrage desserrés assurant un serrage détendu des portions de bride (13) en permettant la déformation en courbe de l'article sous traitement thermique (10) de sorte que la zone de refroidissement rapide soit positionnée sur la face en saillie.
