ABSTRACT A portable carrier for a sheet of drawings has a backing member and a clamping jaw hingedly connected to the backing member for movement between an open position and a closed position with respect to the backing member. A plurality of mounting pins project from the front face of the backing member and are spaced to correspond with the spacing between the suspension holes of the drawings which are to be mounted on the carrier. A tape dispenser is also provided which can be used in combination with the portable carrier to facilitate the application of a reinforcing tape to a perforated edge of a drawing.
