The invention relates to solid, oblong dosage forms comprising a longitudinal axis and a length defined by the projection of the ends of the dosage form on the longitudinal axis. A cross-sectional area oriented in a vertical manner in relation to the longitudinal axis comprises a surface measure which varies along said longitudinal axis. The surface measure increases toward both ends in an essentially continuous manner from a cross-sectional area, said cross- sectional area being located between the ends and having a minimal surface measure, up to a respective cross-sectional area having a maximum surface measure. These dosage forms are characterized in that the distance of the maximum cross- sectional area, said cross-sectional area being located in the vicinity of one end, from the maximum cross-sectional area, said cross-sectional area being located in the vicinity of the other end, is greater than half the length of the dosage form in a projection on the longitudinal axis. These dosage forms advantageously display easy divisibility and, at the same time, a sufficient resistance to stress for further processing steps.
L'invention concerne des formes posologiques (10) solides, oblongues, présentant un axe longitudinal (11) et une longueur (L) définie par projection des extrémités (12, 13) de la forme de dosage sur l'axe longitudinal. Une surface de section transversale (14, 15, 16) orientée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (11) présente une superficie qui varie le long de l'axe longitudinal (11) et augmente, à partir d'une surface de section transversale (15) se trouvant entre les deux extrémités (12, 13), d'une valeur minimale, jusqu'à une valeur maximale, de façon sensiblement continue, en direction des deux extrémités (12, 13), jusqu'à une surface de section transversale (14 ou 16) respective. Ces doses posologiques se caractérisent en ce que la distance séparant la surface de section transversale (14) maximale se trouvant à proximité d'une extrémité (12) de la surface de section transversale (16) maximale se trouvant à proximité de l'autre extrémité (13) est supérieure, en projection sur l'axe longitudinal (11), à la moitié de la longueur (L) de la forme de dosage (10).
