The invention relates to a climbing aid for ladders or the like, comprising an endless traction means running between guide pulleys, from which a person may optionally hang by means of a suspension device, with a drive device (20) comprising a drive motor (21), by means of which one of the guide pulleys may be driven as the drive disc (12) for the drive means (13), with a traction force limitation device and with a device for switching the drive device on/off, which can be actuated by the endless traction means (13). According to the invention, the traction force limitation device consists of a slip clutch (30) with torque limitation interposed between the drive disc (12) and the drive motor (21), and the device for switching the drive device on/off comprises sensor means (70) with which a movement of the traction means (13) can be detected, whereby the sensor means (70) are formed in such a manner that a detection of a sensor pulse switches the drive motor (21) on and an absence of sensor pulses within a time span switches the drive motor (21) off.
L'invention concerne un auxiliaire de pente pour échelles et analogues, cet auxiliaire comprenant un mécanisme de traction sans fin tournant entre deux poulies de guidage, une personne pouvant s'accrocher à ce mécanisme de traction au moyen d'un dispositif de suspension. L'auxiliaire de pente comporte aussi les éléments suivants : un dispositif d'entraînement (20) doté d'un moteur d'entraînement (21) et servant à entraîner une des poulies de guidage qui devient alors poulie motrice (12) pour le mécanisme de traction (13) ; un dispositif de limitation de force de traction et un dispositif pour mettre en marche/à l'arrêt le dispositif d'entraînement actionné par le mécanisme de traction sans fin (13). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de limitation de force de traction comprend un accouplement à friction (30) intercalé entre la poulie motrice (12) et le moteur d'entraînement (21), cet accouplement ayant une limitation de couple. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de mise en marche/à l'arrêt du dispositif d'entraînement est doté d'éléments capteurs (70) qui détectent le mouvement du mécanisme de traction (13) et qui sont conçus de manière à ce que la détection d'une impulsion sensorielle met le moteur d'entraînement (21) en marche, l'absence d'impulsions sensorielles pendant un laps de temps déterminé mettant le moteur d'entraînement (21) à l'arrêt.
