The invention relates to a clothes-smoothing and drying wardrobe comprising: a closed, static enclosure (2) which defines an inner space (3) for housing clothes, said inner space (3) including a main space (30) comprising a plurality of hanger racks (13); air-supply means (4) for circulating an airflow through the inner space (3), said air-supply means (4) being disposed below the inner space (3); and at least one outlet (10) for the airflow in the upper part of the inner space (3). The inventive wardrobe also comprises a basket (11) for housing small items of clothing, which is positioned essentially horizontally in the inner space (3) between the outlet (10) and the main space (30) and which is equipped with a base that covers the transverse surface of the inner space (3).
