The subject of the present invention is a coating agent containing one or more polyacrylate resins with an hydroxyl group as the binder (A), and one or more cross-linking agents (B), with the component (A) being obtained by free- radical polymerization of: a) 5 % to 80 % by weight of one or more alicyclic esters of (meth)acrylic acid, b) 10 % to 50 % by weight of one or more alkyl esters of (meth)acrylic acid containing an hydroxyl group, c) 1 % to 25 % by weight of one or more monomers having two or more polymerizable, olefinically unsaturated double bonds, d) 0 % to 25 % by weight of one or more additional monomers containing an hydroxyl group, e) 5 % to 80 % by weight of one or more aliphatic esters of (meth)acrylic acid, f) 0 % to 40 % by weight of one or more vinyl aromatics, and g) 0 % to 40 % by weight of one or more additional monomers, with the sum of the percentages by weight of all the monomers (a) to (g) always being 100 %. Also covered by the invention is a method of producing a multiple-layer paint coating using the coating agent according to the invention, and the use of the coating agent according to the invention as a top coat, especially for painting repaired automobiles.
La présente invention concerne un agent de revêtement contenant comme liant (A) au moins une résine polyacrylate avec un groupe hydroxyle, et au moins un réticulant (B), le constituant (A) s'obtenant par polymérisation radicalaire de: a) 5 à 80 % en poids d'au moins un ester cycloaliphatique de l'acide (méth)acrylique, b) 10 à 50 % en poids d'au moins un alkylester, contenant un groupe hydroxyle, de l'acide (méth)acrylique, c) 1 à 25 % en poids d'au moins un monomère avec au moins deux liaisons doubles polymérisables oléfiniquement insaturées, d) 0 à 25 % en poids d'au moins un autre monomère contenant un groupe hydroxyle, e) 5 à 80 % en poids d'au moins un ester aliphatique de l'acide (méth)acrylique, f) 0 à 40 % en poids d'au moins un vinyle aromatique et g) 0 à 40 % en poids d'au moins un autre monomère, la somme des pourcentages en poids de tous les monomères (a) à (g) étant toujours 100 %. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé pour réaliser un laquage multicouche à l'aide de cet agent de revêtement, ainsi que l'utilisation de ce dernier comme vernis final, notamment pour la mise en peinture des automobiles après leur réparation.
