A method of producing mirrors comprising depositing onto a ribbon of hot glass during the production process a coating comprising at least one pyrolytic reflecting layer and at least one color modifying layer whereby the mirrors exhibit color in reflectance and have a visible light reflection of at least 35 % and less than 70 %. There is also provided a mirror having such a coating.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de miroirs consistant à déposer sur un ruban de verre chaud, pendant le processus de production, un revêtement comprenant au moins une couche réfléchissante pyrolytique et au moins une couche de modification de couleur. Les miroirs ainsi obtenus réfléchissent une image globalement colorée et ont un pouvoir de réflexion de la lumière visible d'au moins 35 % et inférieur à 70 %. L'invention concerne également un miroir pourvu d'un tel revêtement.
