A multi-component composite coating composition comprising an aqueous-based film-forming composition serving as a color coat or a basecoat and a polyepoxide-polyacid clearcoat is disclosed. The polyacid is made from ring opening a polybasic anhydride with a polyester polyol formed from reacting a polyol with a polycarboxylic acid having at least 20 contiguous carbon atoms between the carboxylic acid groups.
La présente invention concerne une composition de revêtement composite à plusieurs composants comprenant une composition filmogène aqueuse servant de revêtement de couleur ou un revêtement de base et un revêtement claire polyépoxy-polyacide. Le polyacide est préparé au moyen de l'ouverture de cycle d'un anhydride polyacide avec un polyester polyol formé à partir de la réaction d'un polyol avec un acide polycarboxylique ayant au moins 20 atomes de carbone contigus entre les groupes acide carboxylique.
