A chocolate flavoured composition (C, 6), measured out with great accuracy of weight, is flocked, and an alcohol-based 100 % natural preparation of vegetable additives (A, 3, 4, 5) is pulverised. The combination of the alcohol-based preparation with the flocking layer produces a surface reaction (R) which, with the alcohol evaporation, forms a glossy to glossy-matt and slightly resistant structure. The flocking (C, 6) is applied at a temperature between 29 to 39 ·C; the finished product is not greasy to the touch; its preservation and appearance are markedly improved.

Selon l'invention, on procède au floquage d'une composition chocolatée (C, 6), dosée avec une grande précision pondérale, et on atomise une préparation 100 % naturelle d'adjuvants végétaux sur base alcool (A, 3, 4, 5). La combinaison de la préparation à base alcool avec la couche de floquage provoque une réaction (R) de surface qui, avec évaporation de l'alcool, forme une structure (7) brillante à brillante-mat et légèrement résistante. Plage d'application du floquage (C, 6) 29-39 ~C; toucher non gras du produit fini; conservation très notablement améliorée en aspect et durée.
