Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularly lung cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or more lung tumor polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses such polypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing such polypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly lung cancer.
L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes permettant de traiter et de diagnostiquer un cancer, plus particulièrement, le cancer du poumon. Ces invention concerne des compositions contenant un ou plusieurs polypeptides de tumeur pulmonaire, des parties immunogènes de ceux-ci, des polynucléotides codant pour de tels polypeptides, une cellule présentatrice d'antigène exprimant de tels polypeptides et des lymphocytes T spécifiques de cellules exprimant de tels polypeptides. Les compositions décrites dans cette invention sont utiles, par exemple, pour le diagnostic, la prévention et/ou le traitement de maladies, en particulier le cancer du poumon.
