The invention concerns a composition for treating and stabilising soils, in particular humid soils, comprising, in the form of a powder of particles with size grading less than 2 mm, of quick lime and/or hydraulic binders with calcium base, and a non-aqueous fluid additive capable of agglomerating between them the finest particles of the composition.
