A compound which has high HCV replication inhibitory activity and is hence useful in the prevention of and treatments for viral infectious diseases, especially liver diseases attributable to HCV infection; a process for producing the compound; an intermediate useful for the production; and a medicinal composition containing the compound. The compound is any of a compound represented by the formula (I): [wherein A represents -(CH2)n-, etc.; B represents -(C=O)-, etc.; D represents -(CH2)m-R', etc.; E represents hydrogen, etc.; G represents -(CH2)p-J, etc.; bond Q represents a single bond or double bond; and R1, R2, and R3 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, etc.], a prodrug thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of either.
