Method for the manufacture of a capacitor. The dielectric deposit on the metallic elements is effected by polymerizing gaseous elements derived from the nitrogen remote plasma dissociation of an organo-silicon or organo-germanium-containing gas. The invention is also applicable in laminated stacked or wound type capacitors, power capacitors and wire capacitors.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de condensateur. Le dépôt du diélectrique sur les éléments métalliques est effectué par polymérisation d'éléments gazeux issus de dissociation, par plasma différé d'azote d'un gaz organo-silicé ou organo-germané. L'invention s'applique aux condensateurs feuilletés ? type empilé ou bobiné, aux condensateurs puissance et aux condensateurs à fils.
