In manufacturing a continuous surface fastener tape on an injection molding machine, a male engaging portion is injection molded on one surface of a continuous substrate sheet of thermoplastic resin at one longitudinal margin, and an adhesive agent is applied to the other surface of the substrate sheet at the other longitudinal margin to form an adhesive layer. The surface fastener tape is stored in superposed foam, such as in roll or in stack, and can be cut into individual surface fastener pieces for use as it is demanded. In production, molten resin is continuously injected to the die wheel foam an injection nozzle to mold the continuous surface fastener tape, and the adhesive layer is foamed on the surface fastener tape using an adhesive-agent applicator.
La fabrication d'un ruban continu d'attache de surface au moyen d'une machine de moulage par injection comporte les étapes suivantes : mouler par injection une partie mâle à une marge longitudinale sur une surface d'une feuille de subjectile continue de résine thermoplastique, puis appliquer un adhésif à l'autre marge longitudinale sur l'autre surface de la feuille pour former une couche adhésive. Le ruban d'attache est entreposé dans une forme superposée, en rouleau ou en étage, et peut être coupé au besoin en parties de ruban. Durant la fabrication, une buse injecte continuellement de la résine fondue à la roue du moule pour mouler le ruban continu, et un applicateur dépose un adhésif pour former la couche adhésive.
