The present invention relates to a controlled electronic switch (a semiconductor switch device) for connecting electical consumers of different capacity with a DC or AC line of one phase or several phases without electric arc or spark which ensures during the switching off of active loads a substantial decrease of the transients, the controlled electronic switch comprising two antiparallel thyristors. According to the present invention the thyris- tors (T1, T2) are provided with a switch (S1) between the control gates. To prevent the flow of a back current across the consumer a second switch (S2) is connected in series with the pair of antiparallelly connected thyristors (T1, T2). L'invention concerne un commutateur électronique commandé (commutateur à semi-conducteur avec thyristors), équipé de deux thyristors (T1, T2) montés tête-bêche, un commutateur (S1) étant monté entre les deux électrodes de commande des thyristors. Un commutateur supplémentaire (S2) monté en série avec la paire de thyristors (T1, T2) peut être installé pour couper le courant inverse du thyristor du consommateur. La distorsion des éléments de commutation à semi-conducteur peut être évitée au moyen d'un troisième commutateur (S3) monté en parallèle avec le montage en série du deuxième commutateur (S2) et de la paire de thyristors (T1, T2).
