La présente invention porte sur de nouvelles formes cristallines de la (1R,2R)-7-chloro-3-[2-(2,4-difluorophényl)-2-hydroxy-1-méthyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propyl]quinazolin-4(3H)-one, sur les compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces formes cristallines, sur leurs méthodes d'utilisation dans le traitement prophylactique et/ou thérapeutique de divers troubles et infections microbiens et/ou fongiques, et sur les procédés d'obtention de ces formes cristallines.
