A DAC-based voltage regulator system for a non-volatile memory device comprises a charge pump circuit having an enable input and a voltage output node. A voltage-to~ current converter has an input coupled to the voltage output node and an output coupled to a virtual ground node. A current source is coupled to the virtual ground node and sinks one of a plurality of currents in response to states of a plurality of digital input signals. A transconductance amplifier has an inverting input at the virtual ground node, a non-inverting input coupled to a reference voltage potential, and an output. A comparator has a first input coupled to the output of the transconductance amplifier, a second input coupled to a reference voltage potential, and an output coupled to the enable input of said charge pump.

Cette invention concerne un système de régulateur de tension avec dénumériseur pour dispositif de mémoire non volatile comprenant un circuit de pompe de charge avec entrée d'activation et noeud de sortie de tension. Un convertisseur tension-intensité possède une entrée couplé au noeud de sortie de tension et un sortie couplée à un noeud virtuel de mise à la terre. Une source de courant est couplée au noeud virtuel de mise à la terre et fait office de puits pour l'un parmi une pluralité de courants en réponse aux états d'une pluralité de signaux d'entrée. Un amplificateur de transconductance comporte une entrée d'inversion au niveau du noeud de mise à la terre virtuel, une entrée sans inversion couplée à une tension de référence, et une sortie. Un comparateur possède une première entrée couplée à la sortie de l'amplificateur de transconductance, une seconde entrée couplée à une tension de référence et une sortie couplée à l'entrée d'activation de ladite pompe de charge.
