Dispositif mécanique qui sert à l'extraction de la racine du pissenlit. L'appareil est composé de deux fourches dont l'une est fixe et l'autre mobile. Les deux fourches sont retenues ensemble à l'aide d'une vis et d'un écrou taraudé. La fourche mobile est munie d'un contrepoids qui sert aussi de levier. La fourche fixe est jointe au manche. A l'autre extrémité du manche, on retrouve une poignée de forme sphérique.
