The present invention provides: -a material, which is dense, with a density of 90% -bulk dry self-lubricating, with a coefficient of friction of < 0.3 -, constituted by a matrix that endows it with suitable strength - R m >= 400 MPa - in a medium to high temperature range of - - 300°C <= .theta. <= 600°C -; said matrix including particles of solid lubricant in its volume; -mechanical parts formed from said material; -a method of manufacturing said material.
La présente invention a pour objet: - un matériau dense - densité >= 90 % - autolubrifiant à sec dans sa masse - coefficient de frottement < 0,3 -, constitué d'une matrice lui conférant une résistance mécanique adéquate - R m >= 400 MPa - dans un domaine de températures moyennes à élevées - - 300°C <= .theta. <= 600°C - ; ladite matrice renfermant, dans son volume; des particules de lubrifiant solide ; - les pièces mécaniques, réalisées en ledit matériau ; - un procédé d'élaboration dudit matériau.
