A dental furnace for the thermal treatment of dental materials and dental parts at temperatures above 100°C, particularly for baking, characterized by an insulated furnace chamber, which can be sealed with a door, whereby the furnace chamber consists of a housing suspended in an inner chamber made of metal, which is supported by an outer housing made up of several parts, whereby the furnace door is fastened to the inner chamber with hinges. In order to produce a dental furnace which is simple, light and can be constructed at a low cost, and which meets requirements up to 400°C for similar baking furnaces, the outer housing is made of plastic components, which are freely suspended on support pins and connected to the inner housing, whereby the plastic components are formed to create a shell, so that at least the side walls form a hollow space between themselves and the inner housing.
La présente invention vise un four utilisé pour le traitement thermique, la cuisson en particulier, de matériaux ou d'éléments dentaires à des températures supérieures à 100 degrés C. Le four comprend un foyer calorifugé pouvant consister en un boîtier suspendu dans une enveloppe intérieure métallique, cette dernière supportée par une enveloppe extérieure constituée de plusieurs pièces, et pouvant comporter une porte à charnières montée sur l'enveloppe intérieure. Afin de produire un four de construction simple et légère, peu coûteux, répondant aux exigences requises, pour des fours similaires, en matière de température (jusqu'à 400 degrés C), on a utilisé, pour la fabrication de l'enveloppe extérieure, des éléments en plastique suspendus librement sur des tiges-supports et reliés à l'enveloppe intérieure, ces éléments en plastique étant façonnés de manière à créer une calandre avec vide entre au moins les parois latérales de cette dernière et l'enveloppe intérieure.
