- 13 - ABSTRACT DENTAL IMPLANT In the dental implant comprising a member (1) insertable in the receiving jaw and including a straight part (2) an end (3) of which is flush with the surface of the jaw when said member (1) is inserted in the latter, and an implant head (6) which is detachably connected to said insertable member (1) and on which the dental prosthesis is mounted, the insertable member (1) and the head (6) are interconnected by a ball joint permitting the orientation of the head (6) relative to the insertable member (1) and there is provided an element (11) which connects the head (6) to the insertable member (1) by extending in cavities (5,9) provided axially respectively in the straight part (2) and in the head (6) and which is bendable, in the mouth, in the vicinity of the centre of the ball joint.
