- 9 - A detachable carrier device for transporting a bottle of the type having an attachable cap is described. The carrier device comprises an attachment panel having a bottle attaching hole therein which is adapted to receive a bottleneck therethrough and for support engagement of the bottle when a bottle cap is secured to the bottleneck. The attachment panel has a slot opening spaced to a side of the hole for securing a carrier member thereto. A hingeable panel is secured to the attachment panel and disposable at an angle thereto. The hingeable panel carries advertising material. An adapter ring may also be provided to adapt the carrier device to bottlenecks of different diameters.
