A device (10) for applying controlled unitized doses of a flowable material to a surface is disclosed. The device includes a tubular body (20) and a plunger (60). The body has a wall (21) defining a cavity (24), and the body has a first open end (25) and an opposite second end (26) having a dispensing orifice (28). A flowable material is contained in the cavity of the body. The plunger has an outer sleeve (62) dimensioned for surrounding at least a section the body and an inner pushing structure (80) dimensioned for axial movement in the cavity of the body. The device has means for indexed positioning of the second end of the body and an inner end of the inner pushing structure of the plunger relative to each other to provide controlled unitized doses of the flowable material to a surface when the plunger is moved toward the body by a user's hand.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant d'appliquer à l'unité des doses contrôlées d'un matériau fluidifiable sur une surface. Le dispositif comprend un corps tubulaire (20) et un piston (60). Le corps comprend une paroi (21) définissant une cavité (24) ainsi qu'une première extrémité ouverte (25) et une seconde extrémité opposée (26) pourvue d'un orifice de distribution (28). Un matériau fluidifiable est contenu dans la cavité du corps. Le piston comprend un canon extérieur (62) dimensionné de façon à entourer au moins une section du corps et une structure de poussée intérieure (80) dimensionnée pour effectuer un mouvement axial dans la cavité du corps. Le dispositif comprend un moyen permettant d'indexer le positionnement de la seconde extrémité du corps et une extrémité intérieure de la structure de poussée intérieure du piston l'une par rapport à l'autre afin de distribuer à l'unité des doses contrôlées du matériau fluidifiable sur une surface lorsque le piston est poussé vers le corps par la main d'un utilisateur.
