The ejecting device comprises an ejector (17) which is pivotably secured to an infusion cylinder (9) arranged to move along a parallel drive spindle (6) and a lug (22) arranged towards the bottom of a side-membee (2) of a frame (I). A second piston (8) arranged to move in the infusion cylinder (9) can be moved to the upper end of said infusion cylindee (9) as the latter moves downwards. A compressed block of ground coffee (40) is forced out of the infusion cylinder (9) during the movement. It lies on the convex surface (42) of the second piston (8). The ejector (17) comprises two pivoted levers (18, 19) extending along the infusion cylinder (9) and beside it. In the lower region of the infusion cylinder (9) they are pivotable about an axis (23). The ends of the pivoting levers (18, 19) away from the axis are connected to an ejector plate (20). One of the pivoting levers has an L-shaped extension (21). This co-operates with the lug (22) as an actuator to cause the ejector (17) to pivot outwards. Because both one end (41) of the infusion cylinder (9) and the surface (42) of the second piston (8) are convex and mutually matched in such a way that a sliding surface (50) of the ejection plate (20) passes across the surfaces (41, 42) virtually without any gaps when the ejector pivots, the compressed block can be stripped off without any significant quantity of grounds' being left behind.
Un dispositif éjecteur comprend un organe éjecteur (17) fixé pivotant à un cylindre de préparation (9) mobile le long d'une broche d'entraînement parallèle (6) et un ergot (22) situé sur une joue latérale (2) dans la zone inférieure d'un cadre (1). Un deuxième piston (8) monté mobile dans le cylindre de préparation (9) peut se déplacer à l'extrémité supérieure de celui-ci lorsque ledit cylindre de préparation (9) descend. Un gâteau de poudre à café comprimée (40) situé sur la face frontale recourbée (42) du deuxième piston (9) est expulsé du cylindre de préparation (9) pendant ce mouvement. L'organe éjecteur (17) comprend deux leviers pivotants (18, 19) qui s'étendent le long du cylindre de préparation (9) à côté de celui-ci. Ces leviers sont montés pivotants autour d'un axe de pivotement (23) dans la zone inférieure du cylindre de préparation (9). Les extrémités des leviers pivotants (18, 19) opposées à l'axe de pivotement sont reliées à une plaque d'éjection (20). Un des leviers pivotants comprend un prolongement en L (21) qui coopère avec l'ergot (22) pour faire pivoter l'organe éjecteur (17). Etant donné qu'une extrémité (41) du cylindre de préparation (9) et que la face frontale (42) du deuxième piston (8) sont recourbées et mutuellement adaptées, une surface de glissement (50) de la plaque d'éjection (20) balaie pratiquement complètement les surfaces (41, 42) lorsque l'organe éjecteur (17) pivote. Le gâteau peut ainsi être râclé de telle sorte qu'aucun résidu notable de poudre à café ne reste dans le dispositif de préparation.
