The present invention furnishes a device for fiberising molten mineral materials in order to produce mineral fiber products by means of a spinner (2) having a multiplicity of orifices (6; 8) provided in the peripheral wall (4) thereof, for centrifuging molten mineral materials (10; 12) supplied to the spinner (2), with the spinner (2) comprising on the inside (14) of the peripheral wall (4) compartments (18; 20) arranged in sections and delimited by baffles (16) for separately feeding and separately receiving a respective molten material (10; 12) to at least one associated orifice (6; 8), with the orifices (6; 8) extending at least approximately in a radial direction through the peripheral wall (4). In the present invention a method for producing this device is moreover proposed.
La présente invention a trait à un appareil servant à défibrer des matières minérales fondues pour fabriquer des produits en fibres minérales au moyen d'un centrifugeur (2) à orifices multiples (6, 8) se trouvant sur la paroi périphérique (4), pour centrifuger des matières minérales fondues (10, 12) introduites dans le centrifugeur (2), ledit centrifugeur (2) comportant, à l'intérieur (14) de sa paroi périphérique (4), des compartiments (18, 20) divisés et définis par des cloisons (16) fournissant et recevant respectivement une matière fondue (10, 12) à partir d'au moins un orifice correspondant (6, 8), lesdits orifices (6, 8) traversant approximativement radialement la paroi périphérique (4). Le procédé de fabrication de cet appareil fait également l'objet de la présente invention.
