The invention relates to a device for producing a glass melt from a glass batch, comprising a melting chamber (1) which has peripheral walls (1.1 - 1.4) and a floor (1.5); a delivery channel (2) which is located under the floor (1.5) of the melting chamber (1) and which is conductively connected to the molten bath (3) by an inlet (2.3), and which has an outlet (2.4) for the finished melt in the area of a peripheral wall (1.1) of the melting chamber (1); and at least one heating device for heating the melting bath (3). The invention is characterised by the following features: the inlet (2.3) of the delivery channel (2) is located in an area of the floor (1.5) of the melting chamber (1); the inlet (2.3) of the delivery channel (2) is located in a central area of the floor (1.5) of the melting chamber (1); and the delivery channel (2) has a cover (2.2) which is located at least approximately at the height of the floor (1.5) of the melting chamber (1).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fabriquer une masse de verre fondue à partir de fritte. Selon l'invention, on utilise une cuve de fusion (1), constituée de parois circonférentielles (1.1 - 1.4) et d'un plancher (1.5); un canal d'évacuation (2), disposé sous le plancher (1.5) de la cuve de fusion (1) et traversé par le bain de fusion (3) arrivant par un orifice d'entrée (2.3), ce canal étant doté d'un orifice de sortie (2.4) pour la masse fondue finie dans la zone d'une paroi circonférentielle (1.1) de la cuve de fusion (1); au moins un dispositif de chauffage pour chauffer le bain de fusion (3). Cette invention est caractérisée en ce que l'orifice d'entrée (2.3) du canal d'évacuation (2) est disposé dans une zone du plancher (1.5) de la cuve de fusion (1); l'orifice d'entrée (2.3) du canal d'évacuation (2) est disposé dans une zone centrale du plancher (1.5) de la cuve de fusion (1); le canal d'évacuation (2) comporte un couvercle (2.2), placé au moins approximativement à la hauteur du plancher (1.5) de la cuve de fusion (1).
