The invention concerns a device for storing electric power comprising an electrode layer (3, 11) and a collector layer (1) associated with the electrode layer, characterized in that it also comprises a barrier layer (2, 12) made of metal nitride, the barrier layer (2, 12) being interposed between the electrode layer (3, 11) and the collector layer (1), the barrier layer (2, 12) being adapted to prevent diffusion of ions contained in an electrolyte (14, 16) up to the collector layer (1).
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de stockage d'énergie comprenant une couche (3, 11 ) d'électrode et une couche (1) de collecteur associé à la couche d'électrode, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également une couche barrière (2, 12) formée en nitrure métallique, la couche barrière (2, 12) étant interposée entre la couche (3, 11 ) d'électrode et la couche (1) de collecteur, la couche barrière (2, 12) étant apte à empêcher une diffusion d'ions contenus dans un électrolyte (14, 16) jusqu'à la couche (1 ) de collecteur.
