Device for suppressing stray direct component hops affecting the reception of a radio frequency signal emitted by so-called burst signal elements, notably for zero intermediate frequency type receivers, and the corresponding suppression process. The device comprises means (10) of standardizing the power of successive bursts relative to the obtained useful signal power, means (8) of determining the value and position characteristics of the direct component hop for each burst received, each hop being assumed to be at least approximately positioned in time in relation to the burst it is breaking down, as the following hop will be in relation to the following burst, corrective means (9) of removing specific hop characteristics for each burst of the baseband signal after standardization. The invention is applicable to the mobile radio terminals of digital cellular radio networks.
Dispositif de suppression des sauts parasites de composante continue affectant la réception d'un signal à fréquence radio émis par éléments de signaux dits "bursts", notamment pour récepteur de type fréquence intermédiaire zéro, et procédé de suppression correspondant. Le dispositif comporte des moyens (10) de normalisation en puissance des bursts successifs par rapport à la puissance du signal utile obtenu, des moyens (8) pour déterminer des caractéristiques de valeur et de position du saut de composante continue pour chaque burst reçu, chaque saut étant supposé au moins approximativement positionné dans le temps par rapport au burst qu'il dégrade, comme le sera le saut suivant par rapport au burst suivant, des moyens correcteurs (9) pour soustraire les caractéristiques de saut déterminées pour chaque burst du signal en bande de base après normalisation. L'invention s'applique aux terminaux radio-mobiles des réseaux radio cellulaires numériques.
