The present invention relates to diaphragm elements for an electrolytic filter press assembly comprising anode and cathode compartments separated with diaphragms. The diaphragm elements comprise a frame (1) which is rigid steel covered by a flexible vulcanizable material (6) serving as electrical insulation and simultaneously sealing and being integrated with fastening means (4) with openings (7) for bolts for securing the diaphragm (12) to the frame (1). T-formed elements (2, 3) form gas/liquid channels with the frame (1) and are secured to same by bolts (5) and covered by material (6) being integral with the sealing/insulating material (6) around frame (1).
L'invention concerne des éléments de diaphragmes pour un ensemble de filtre-presse électrolytique comprenant des compartiments d'anode et de cathode séparés par des diaphragmes. Ces éléments de diaphragmes comprennent un cadre (1) en acier rigide, recouvert d'un matériau souple vulcanisable (6) assurant l'isolation électrique et simultanément une étanchéité. Ce cadre est solidaire de moyens de fixation (4) dans lesquels sont ménagées des ouvertures (7) prévues pour les boulons de fixation du diaphragme (12) au cadre (1). Les éléments en forme de T (2, 3) forment avec le cadre (1) des canaux de gaz/liquide, et sont fixés à ce dernier par des boulons (5) et recouverts par un matériau (6) solidaire du matériau d'isolation/étanchéité (6) autour du cadre (1).
