A diffractive optic sheer stress sensor operates by forming diverging fringes over a linear area of measurement. A diode laser (200) focuses light onto a diffractive lens (210) which focuses the light to respective slits (232, 234). The slits (232, 234) form diverging fringes, and scattered light from the fringes is collected by a window (236) and focused by another diffractive lens (242) to a receiver (250).
L'invention concerne un détecteur diffractif optique de contrainte de cisaillement qui fonctionne par formation de franges divergentes sur une zone linéaire de mesure. Un laser à diode concentre une lumière sur une lentille diffractive qui concentre la lumière vers des fentes respectives. Les fentes forment des franges divergentes et une lumière diffusée provenant desdites franges est captée par une fenêtre et concentrée par une autre lentille diffractive sur un récepteur.
