Dioxo-thiopyrano-pyridine carboxylic acid derivatives of formula (I) are produced by reacting corresponding aldehydes with aminocrotonic acid ester and tetrahydrothiopyrane-3-one-1,1 dioxyde and oxidising the products thus obtained. The substances of the invention can be used as active agents in medicaments. They are selective modulators of the calcium-dependent potassium channels of high conductivity.
On obtient des dérivés d'acide carboxylique de dioxo-thiopyrano-pyridine de la formule (I) par réaction d'aldéhydes correspondants avec des esters d'acide aminocrotonique et du tétrahydrothiopyranne-3-one-1,1-dioxyde, et par oxydation des produits obtenus. Les substances obtenues selon l'invention peuvent s'utiliser comme principes actifs de médicaments. Ces substances constituent des modulateurs sélectifs des canaux à potassium calciodépendants à grande conductibilité.
