Abstract. This distributor comprises a cylindrical annular valve (8), upstream and round the turbine runner (2), associated with motor means (10) and control means (C1, C2), to move between a first retracted position whereby said valve (8) lets open the water passage and a second extended position whereby said valve (8) completely closes said water passage so as to afford a continuous governing of the water flow directed to the turbine runner (2).
