Drawing and/or straightening unit for feeding one or more oblong metal products (11) to a machine for working the metal products (11). The drawing and/or straightening unit (10) comprises a first driven roller (12) on which at least one metal product (11) to be fed is positioned longitudinally, and at least a second contrasting roller (13, 15), opposite the first roller (12) with respect to an axis of feed (F) of the metal product (11), to keep the metal product (11) correctly positioned with respect to the first roller (12) during feed. The drawing and/or straightening unit (10) comprises actuators (23, 25, 26) operationally associated with the second roller (13, 15), in order to move, at least in the initial positioning step, the second roller (13, 15) with respect to the first roller (12), in order to vary the distance between the second roller (13, 15) and the first roller (12). The actuators comprise a first linear actuator (23) able to command the initial movement of approach of the second roller (13, 15) toward the first roller (12), and at least a second linear actuator (25, 26) able to command the selective and controlled movement of the second roller (13, 15) substantially continuously during the feed steps, and hence the contrast applied to the metal product (11), according to its actual sizes.
L'invention porte sur une unité d'étirage et/ou de redressage pour distribuer un ou plusieurs produits métalliques oblongs (11) à une machine pour travailler les produits métalliques (11). L'unité d'étirage et/ou de redressage (10) comporte un premier rouleau entraîné (12) sur lequel au moins un produit métallique (11) devant être distribué est positionné longitudinalement, et au moins un deuxième rouleau de contraste (13, 15), opposé au premier rouleau (12) par rapport à un axe de distribution (F) du produit métallique (11), de façon à maintenir le produit métallique (11) correctement positionné par rapport au premier rouleau (12) durant la distribution. L'unité d'étirage et/ou de redressage (10) comporte des actionneurs (23, 25, 26) associés de façon opérationnelle au deuxième rouleau (13, 15) afin de déplacer, au moins dans l'étape de positionnement initial, le deuxième rouleau (13, 15) par rapport au premier rouleau (12), de façon à faire varier la distance entre le deuxième rouleau (13, 15) et le premier rouleau (12). Les actionneurs comportent un premier actionneur linéaire (23) pouvant commander le mouvement d'approche initial du deuxième rouleau (13, 15) vers le premier rouleau (12), et au moins un deuxième actionneur linéaire (25, 26) pouvant commander le mouvement sélectif et contrôlé du deuxième rouleau (13, 15) de façon sensiblement continue durant les étapes de distribution et, par conséquent, le contraste appliqué au produit métallique (11), en fonction de ses dimensions réelles.
