The invention relates to a gas impermeable elastic membrane comprising a film formed of a film of a gas impermeable copolymer, comprising -OH groups, and two layers between which the film is incorporated. The two layers are made of a supple, elastic copolymer material comprising polyamide blocks and polyether blocks, possibly a rubber coating placed on at least one layer of supple and elastic material. Depending on the form preferred, it is composed of an EVOH film between two layers of polyether block amide, all covered on each side with X-NBR rubber. Application as a membrane for hydropneumatic accumulators. (Voir fig.I).
L'invention concerne une membrane élastique imperméable aux gaz, comprenant un film formé d'une pellicule d'un copolymère imperméable aux gaz, comportant des groupes -OH, et de deux couches entre lesquelles est incorporée la pellicule, les deux couches étant constituées d'un matériau souple et élastique d'un copolymère comportant des blocs polyamides et des blocs polyéthers , un revêtement de caoutchouc éventuellement placé sur au moins une des couches de matériau souple et élastique. Les membranes selon l'invention sont imperméables et thermoformables, elles ont une bonne tenue à la chaleur, une faible rigidification à froid, elles sont souples dans un grand domaine de température sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter des plastifiants dans la pellicule imperméable aux gaz, ni dans les couches du copolymère à blocs polyamides et blocs polyéthers. De plus, selon les types de copolymères de caoutchouc utilisés, aucun adhésif ou liant n'est nécessaire. (see fig I)
