Thick main elastic yarn, which is thicker than main stitch yarn, and main inserted yarn, which is more bulky and thicker than the main elastic yarn in apparent thickness, are knitted in line in the knitting width direction (C) or in the knitting length direction (W) of mesh like base knitted fabric which is knitted up with main stitch yarns by using warp knitting machine and which have opening which is larger than needle loop formed from the stitch yarn and is extending over plural knitting courses. In accordance with the present invention, the warp knitted elastic fabric which is useful for the cushioning surface of car-seat and the like, does not cause a recess and loosened pucker result from load-hysteresis fatigue at use for the cushioning surface, is rich in dimensional stability and does not cause a distortion of stitch openings, is rich in air-permeability and does not give stuffy feeling, is able to maintain limbs in comfortable posture without slippage when limbs are put on the cushioning surface, has soft touch feeling, is not glossy and has soft and quite natural fine appearance covered with fine fibers and is not similar to monotonous simple surface of the conventional plastic goods in appearance, and is rich in market value, can be obtained.
L'invention concerne un tricot à mailles jetées élastique formé de fils tricotés principaux (11, 12, 13) obtenu au moyen d'une machine à tricoter. Plusieurs ouvertures (16) en continu dans plusieurs rangées de mailles sont formées dans un tricot de base sous forme de mailles. Les ouvertures sont plus grosses que les boucles d'aiguille (17) formées de fils principaux. Des fils principaux élastiques (14) plus épais que les fils tricotés principaux et des fils d'insertion principaux (15) plus volumineux et apparemment plus épais que les fils élastiques principaux (14) sont tricotés linéairement dans une direction de rangée de mailles (C) ou une direction de colonnes (W) d'un tricot de base (10). Le poids d'un corps humain ne provoque pas de dépression et de pli mou dans le tricot à mailles jetées élastique, lorsque la matière est utilisée comme matière de surface d'un coussin de chaise etc. Les points ne sont pas déplacés, car le tissu possède une excellente stabilité de forme. Le tissu n'engendre pas de sensation de transpiration au corps, en raison de sa bonne perméabilité à l'air. Ce tissu n'est pas glissant, il est doux et procure un certain confort, il a une surface moins brillante et il ne ressemble pas un produit plastique à l'apparence uniforme. Ledit tissu est recouvert par de fines ondulations typiques des produits en fibres et luxueux, et il possède une grande valeur commerciale.
