An elastic wheel comprising a disk (1) secured to an axle hub, and a rim (12) supporting a tire, wherein an elastic member (10) is interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the rim (12) and the outer peripheral surface of the disk (1). An attachable/detachable construction is employed between the outer peripheral surface (2) of the disk (1) and a wheel radial disk (3) or between the inner peripheral surface of the rim (12) and the elastic member (10) or in both cases. This ensures the permanence of riding comfort performance specific to an elastic wheel, vibration proof performance, and sound proof performance, and makes it possible to optimize such performances according to use even during use. Further, the mounting of a rim set and a core is facilitated and when rubber is used for the elastic member, rim- integrated vulcanization becomes unnecessary, thus making size reduction of the vulcanizing device possible.
L'invention porte sur une roue élastique comportant un disque (1) fixé à un moyeu, une jante (12) recevant le pneu, et un élément élastique (10) interposé entre la jante (12) et la périphérie extérieure du disque (1). Une structure amovible relie la périphérie extérieure du disque (1) à un disque radial de la roue, ou la surface de la périphérie intérieure de la jante (12) à l'élément élastique (10), ou s'applique dans les deux cas. Il en résulte un confort permanent de roulement, une absence de vibrations et de bruits et la possibilité d'optimiser ces performances en fonction de l'utilisation, même en cours d'utilisation. De plus le montage de la jante sur le moyeu est facilité et quand le caoutchouc est usé, il n'est pas nécessaire d'effectuer de vulcanisation sur jante, de qui permet de réduire la taille des équipements de vulcanisation.
