An electrical bushing (102, 702) connects a power distribution component with a power line. The electrical bushing (102, 702) includes a connection terminal (104) that is configured to connect with the power distribution component. A core component (106, 704) of the electrical bushing (102, 702) defines a socket (108, 706) that is configured to receive a contact pin (1002) associated with the power line. The electrical bushing (102, 702) also includes a radial interposer spring (708) that is configured to complete an electrical connection between the contact pin (1002) and the core component (106, 704) when the contact pin (1002) is inserted into the socket (108, 706).
