Adjustable flow electromagnetic valve comprising a closing assembly (8) movable within a chamber (7) wherein opens a passage (3) linked to a high pressure area and a passage (4) linked to a low pressure area. The electromagnetic valve is <u>characterized</u> in that the closing assembly consists of a valve (8) freely movable within said chamber (7). The disk-shaped valve (8) is flat, light and non-deformable and is capable of being automatically brought to its fluid flow position when pressure within the inlet passage (HP) (5) tends to a value approaching a predefined set pressure; the electromagnetic valve is also characterized in that fluid flow through the valve (8) is achieved by means of openings (10) formed in the thickness of said valve, the openings being arranged in a median area outside the circumference of the inlet passage (3) so that the latter can be closed when the valve (8) is electromagnetically returned. It is further characterized by means for adjusting the electromagnetic return force exerted by the electromagnet for placing said valve (8) at a predetermined point between opening and closing to provide a predetermined constant flow, and for alternately shifting it, according to a predetermined frequency, to provide an adjustable alternating flow of the same frequency and of variable amplitude, resulting in sequential, pulsed, rhythmic operation.
Electrovanne à débit réglable, comprenant un ensemble obturateur (8) déplaçable à l'intérieur d'une chambre (7) dans laquelle débouche un conduit (3) relié à une zone haute pression et un conduit (4) relié à une zone basse pression. L'électrovanne se caractérise en ce que: l'ensemble obturateur est constitué par un clapet (8) déplaçable librement à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (7), clapet en forme de disque plat, léger, non déformable, apte à être ramené automatiquement dans sa position permettant l'écoulement du fluide lorsque la pression à l'intérieur du conduit (HP) d'admission (5) tend vers une valeur proche d'une pression de consigne prédéterminée; l'écoulement du fluide au travers du clapet (8) est obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'orifices (10) réalisés dans l'épaisseur de ce dernier, orifices disposés dans une zone médiane à l'extérieur de la périphérie du conduit d'admission (3) afin que ce dernier puisse être obturé lorsque le clapet (8) est rappelé sous l'action de la force électromagnétique; elle comporte des moyens de réglage de la force électromagnétique de rappel exercée par l'électroaimant permettant d'une part, de positionner ledit clapet (8) à un niveau prédéterminé entre l'ouverture et la fermeture pour obtenir un débit constant prédéterminé et, d'autre part, de le déplacer alternativement, selon une fréquence prédéterminée, permettant ainsi d'obtenir un débit alternatif de même fréquence et d'amplitude réglable, entraînant un fonctionnement séquentiel, pulsé, rythmique.
